The Manufacturer guarantees the Customer a high-quality and properly functioning product, provided that the furniture is used for its intended purpose.

The colors of the Goods received by the Buyer and the Goods presented in the Online Store may differ slightly, since the color resolution depends on the individual characteristics of the Buyer's device.

General terms and conditions: 

1. Furniture manufactured by MB "ED Baldai" is provided with a 24-month Warranty. The Warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the furniture. 

2. The Manufacturer shall repair, complete, or replace any quantitative or qualitative discrepancies identified during the Warranty period with quality ones at its own expense. 

3. The Warranty applies to defects in the quality of the Goods that have arisen due to the fault of the Manufacturer. Natural wear and tear of the Goods or changes in their properties are not considered defects in the quality of the Goods. Inconsistencies in the texture and shade of natural wood are not considered defects in the quality of the Goods. Deformation of the soft parts of the furniture (they are pressed during operation, which causes slight looseness of natural leather and fabrics, wrinkling, fading, etc.) is not considered defect in the quality of the Goods. 

4. The Warranty is provided only upon submission of at least one of the documents listed below: 

4.1. Furniture Purchase and Sale Agreement; 

4.2. VAT invoice. 

4.3. Order number and a copy of bank transfer. 

5. You can submit a claim by filling out the Warranty Service Request on our website www.nolla.lt or by email [email protected]. When submitting a claim, please provide only the most important and necessary information necessary to identify the defect of the Goods (describe the problem, attach photos, provide the order or VAT invoice number, and provide the Customer's contacts). 

6. MB "ED Baldai" undertakes to eliminate any manufacturing defect within 10-30 working days from the date of registration of the claim with the company. In exceptional cases, the Manufacturer reserves the right to extend this period (due to the specifics of the materials, supplier deadlines, etc.). 

7. After the Manufacturer has checked and determined that the claims regarding the quality of the furniture are justified, the Customer has the right to demand from the Manufacturer, at his/her option: 

7.1. to eliminate defects in the Goods free of charge within a reasonable period; the defect may be eliminated on site at the Customer's premises, except in cases where repair at the factory is necessary. 

7.2. within a period of no longer than 30 working days, replace the part of inadequate quality with the Goods of adequate quality if the defects in the furniture cannot be eliminated. 

8. If the defect must be repaired at a furniture factory, the Customer must return the furniture (or part of it) to the Manufacturer's representative. The Manufacturer is not obliged to provide the Buyer with a replacement piece of furniture during the repair period. 

9. If the Customer does not allow the Manufacturer to eliminate the defect or refuses to provide the furniture (or part of it) for repair at the factory, it is considered that the Customer waives the right to free Warranty service provided for in this Warranty description. 

10. According to clause 18 of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items (approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001) - the Customer's demand to replace the purchased Goods with similar items or to refund the money paid for the reasons specified in clause 14 of these Rules (not liking the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased Goods) is not satisfied when purchasing such Goods as furniture (code according to the Combined Nomenclature of Goods - 94.00).

11. The Buyer loses the right to free Warranty service in the following cases: 

11.1. Does not provide a furniture Purchase Agreement or other documents proving the purchase; 

11.2. The Buyer did not comply with the rules for the operation and maintenance of the furniture; the furniture was transported, disassembled, operated incorrectly or damaged due to the fault of the Customer. 

11.3. The furniture was damaged due to "Force majeure" (force majeure circumstances). 

11.4. The furniture was splattered with water or other liquid. 

11.5. The furniture was damaged by animals. 

11.6. The furniture was repaired by the Buyer or third parties. 

11.7. The furniture was cleaned with an inappropriate, aggressive liquid that damaged the properties of the surface or fabrics.

12. Natural characteristics are not considered a defect in the quality of the Goods: 

12.1. Inconsistencies in the texture and shade of natural wood are not considered a defect in the quality of the Goods. 

12.2. Natural wear and tear of the product or change in its properties. 

12.3. Color Variations: there may be slight variations in color between the sample at the time of collection and the final product. Due to dyeing techniques, there is no absolute guarantee that the color of the sample will match the color of the final product. 

12.4. Scratches, cuts.
